Revive – Home Repair Grant
Preserving homeownership through assistance for deferred maintenance repairs and accessibility upgrades
Revive – Home Repair Grant is an annual program that allows our member financial institutions to support existing homeowners with assistance for qualified deferred maintenance repairs and accessibility upgrades. Revive can help homeowners afford certain costly repairs and accessibility upgrades, allowing them to retain home value and age in place.
Please note: FHLBank Indianapolis does not distribute grant funds directly to households. Homeowners who are interested in this program must contact and work with a participating member to access the Revive – Home Repair Grant. Please see the link below for a current list of participating members.
