The Affordable Housing Advisory Council (AHAC) advises the bank on low- and moderate-income housing programs and housing needs in Indiana and Michigan.

Connie currently leads the Community Development Services Group for the City of Grand Rapids. In her role, she is responsible for allocating and administering $10-15 million of federal funds including Community Block Grant funding, HOME investment partnerships, and Lead Based Paint Hazard grants. She has over 25 years of community development experience working with low- and moderate-income housing.
