Karen F. Gregerson is a senior vice president at Tri-County Bank &Trust Co. in Roachdale, Ind. She previously served as a director, president and CEO of The Farmers Bank and as a director of Farmers Bancorp. Gregerson earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Ball State University and a master’s degree from the Indiana Institute of Technology. She is a Certified Public Accountant. Gregerson joined the Board as an Indiana Member Director in 2013 and was elected Chair beginning in 2023.
