Robert M. Fisher is vice chair of the board of Lake-Osceola State Bank in Baldwin, Mich., where he previously served as its president and CEO. Fisher earned a bachelor’s degree in business leadership from Baker College in Michigan.
Fisher joined the FHLBank Indianapolis Board of Directors as a Michigan Member Director in 2019. He was elected as Board Vice Chair beginning in 2023, and then Board Chair beginning in January 2025.
