Kathryn M. Dominguez is a professor of public policy and economics at the University of Michigan's Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy. She also serves as the school’s associate dean for academic affairs and is faculty co-director of the Center on Finance, Law and Policy. She earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Vassar College in New York and a Ph.D. in economics from Yale University in Connecticut.
Dominguez joined the FHLBank Indianapolis Board of Directors as an Independent Director in 2023.
