Anika Goss-Foster is CEO of Detroit Future City. Previously, she served in various roles with the Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) in Detroit. She also serves as a board member on the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago’s Detroit Branch, a position she has held since 2022. Goss-Foster earned a sociology degree and an African American studies degree from Purdue University in Indiana, and a master’s degree in social work from the University of Michigan.
Goss-Foster joined the FHLBank Indianapolis Board of Directors as an Independent Director in 2024.
