John Bingham, SVP, Banking Operations, is responsible for the Bank’s Mortgage Purchase Program (MPP), Collateral Operations and Correspondent Services.
Bingham joined FHLBank Indianapolis in 2001 as an unsecured investments credit analyst, and has served in a variety of roles, including senior credit analyst, collateral valuation manager, credit risk manager, and director of Strategic Initiatives and Innovation. He was named senior director of MPP and Corporate Communications in 2023. Bingham holds an undergraduate degree from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and an MBA from Butler University.
