Affordable Housing Program
Our Affordable Housing Program (AHP) grants provide crucial gap funding that help our member financial institutions and project sponsors finance the development of affordable housing throughout Indiana and Michigan. Together, our partnerships strengthen communities and support low- to moderate-income households with affordable housing development for renters and homebuyers alike.
The Affordable Housing Program consists of one annual competitive round. This program supports the creation, rehabilitation and development of owner-occupied and rental housing affordable to very low-, low- and moderate-income households across Indiana and Michigan.
Below, you will find resources to assist with pre- and post-award requirements. Information and materials for the 2025 program round will be available soon.
